Evelina’s painting “Frisco 1351” is the winner of the contest that was organized by Morton museum of Collierville, TN. Friends of Morton museum put a lot of hard work into restoring locomotive Frisco 1351 that is located on Collierville square and it has been part of Collierville history. The biggest problem they ran into is removal of asbestos and lead from body of the train. It required significant amount of money. That is when Evelina’s painting “Frisco 1351” has been made into prints And Sold to raise money for restoration of the train. The original painting will be permanently displayed at the Morton museum.
